About Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to any country or island in the world.

What is your shipping method?

We normally ship using International Airmail Priority service with the Deutsche Post, from Germany.

What is the shipping cost to my Country?
  • EUROPE = 12€
  • REST OF THE WORLD = 14€
How can I Track my order?

We give you two ways to do that through our website.

1.- Click on TRACK YOUR ORDER tab, under the main menu options. Once there, enter your order ID (order number) in the box below and email, then press “Track” button. This information was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation e-mail.

2.- Login to your Account. Visit the order page and click on TRACK icon to start tracking your package.

How long to get my package?

To answer this question, kindly notice there are many factors such as the country you live in, customs, your local postal services and holidays, that makes really hard to predict when exactly you will get your sunglasses. However, we can give an estimated delivery time, from the moment we have dispatched your package until you receive it, based on our experience.

  • Europe = 3 – 10 working days
  • Rest of the world = 5 to 15 working days.

We always ship door to door. It’s very important to understand that once our packages hit the country of destination, deliveries will be managed by your National postal services. Some customers from Mexico and Brazil have had several issues affected by this.

Note: If you think it is taking too long the wait ( > 4 weeks) and the tracking website doesn’t provide any updated info, please ask your nearest local post office to claim your sunglasses with your tracking number.

What happens if I never receive my package? What should I do?

Since May 1, 2019 we started to dispatch all our packages with a signature required before delivery. On top of that, an extra insurance fee has been included in the shipping costs to make sure your fly sunglasses will be delivered.

In case you never receive the goods after 4 weeks since the dispatch notification date, sent by us, please contact us immediately.

What to expect if that’s the case?

1.- We will open an International request via Deutsche Post.

2.- In many cases and after opening an international request, they return the packages. If so, we can either send you a new package or a full refund of the purchase price but the shipping costs.

3.- Worst-case-scenario, your package has been officially declared as lost by the Deutsche Post. Not a problem! We can either send you a new package or a full refund of the purchase price but the shipping costs.

About Payment

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we do accept all credit card as a payment method.

Do you accept PayPal too?

Yes, we gladly accept PayPal as a payment method.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Easy steps. Simply add to the basket any product you want to order and then click on the checkout button. After confirming your order by filling out your shipping address, select the payment method. Do not forget to accept/check our terms and conditions, right before you click on “place order” button.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It’s not necessary to create an account to place an order, but it would be faster if you create one in case you plan to buy from us again.

How Can I Return a Product?

In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:
1. The items are returned within 14 days of the purchase date and the original sales receipt is present.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Product must not have been worn.
3. All items can be returned unless they are considered  SOLD & FINAL, no returns/exchange/ cancellation after payment is made.

Our Fly Sunglasses

What is the main characteristic that distinguishes VIKING models from SPARTANs?

Our catalog of fly sunglasses contains mainly two different fly shades styles. The main characteristic that distinguishes VIKING models from SPARTAN’s, is that the first fly sunglass style has oval lenses.

Spartans are a bit bigger and have more rounded lenses. Even so, from a distance these small differences are negligible.

The VIKING 1973 model is special. We made them in one-piece version especially for U2’s Achtung Baby album – Über Deluxe box set, back in 2011. Thanks to the singer of the Irish band, they became popular in the U2 fan community, as he wore this style during ‘THE FLY’ video clip.

The SPARTAN 1968 fly shades style offers more protection from sunburn due to the larger areas of skin they cover. They’re comfy and easy to wear. It is also the preferred model for rock stars such as Lenny Kravitz, Keith Richards, Tom Petty or Bono to name a few.

Can I order these in my prescription?
