Delivery Address

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Without signature receipt:

You are responsible for any loss or damage after delivery

With signature receipt:

You must generally be available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to receive delivery
If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a card—you must contact them to arrange redelivery

We are not liable for:

Loss or damage from late delivery or non-delivery
Loss or damage resulting from your failure to contact the courier within the specified timeframe
Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order

Alternative Delivery Address

Free Shipping Promotions

Eyewear (full-priced): Store credit available (valid 30 days); no refunds
