We ship worldwide.

Shipping Costs

  • European deliveries: €13-€16 (May vary. Subject to change and surcharges for large orders)
  • Other destinations: Shipping cost varies by destination, weight, and method (usually €23 - €27 but may vary.)
  • Calculate shipping: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see exact shipping costs before payment

Delivery Address

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

  • We use reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 3 business days of purchase
  • Most orders arrive within 5-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
  • Delivery times are estimates only

Your Responsibilities

  • Inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing info@theflyshades.com
  • We will lodge an inquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues

Delivery Options

Without signature receipt:

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage after delivery

With signature receipt:

  • You must generally be available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to receive delivery
  • If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a card—you must contact them to arrange redelivery

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage from late delivery or non-delivery
  • Loss or damage resulting from your failure to contact the courier within the specified timeframe
  • Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order

Alternative Delivery Address

You may choose a different delivery address than your billing address (e.g., your workplace, if permitted by your employer).


Free Shipping Promotions

When we offer free shipping promotions:

  • The specific promotion terms override these Legal Terms (except "Special Offers" and "Errors" sections)
  • You must pay return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • We cover redelivery costs for the first exchange
  • For faulty items: we will replace with the same item if available, or offer a full refund and cover all shipping costs
